Skiing at X-Scape

I was on holiday today – the kids are on half term.  Jean and Eddie got us all vouchers for the snow slope at x-scape for Christmas.  Nicole and Jamie were over from Edinburgh so we got everyone together and headed over for a ski – (Laura was missing – she wasn’t feeling well, next time Laura)

For anyone who doesn't know, x-scape is an indoor ski slope.  It is real snow and the whole place is kept below freezing – global warming – what ozone. 

I had taken the kids wee video camera with me, thinking I would do action shots of us all skiing down the hill.  I got the camera out at the top of the hill and thought – no chance.  It takes all my concentration to get down in one piece, never mind trying to keep a camera pointed at one of the kids!!   I just stood at the top and took some footage of them going over the edge.
